A very good plug in, ofcourse.

But, I prefer to use “SexyBookmarks” on my blog as it looks much more appealing than the faded out Sociable.

I know that it’s a CSS gimmick, but I am enuff with coding in the office. Not again with the blog

“Train Your Employees to be Customer Service Savvy.” This applies for every employees not just those in customer service department. Too often I run into sales reps that provide great service pre-sale, only to disappear post-sale. I’m not saying the sales reps need to provide customer support services, but they are usually your first contact, and the one you have a relationship with. Until the same relationship is established with a customer service rep, the sales rep should stay involved.
