Start up Costs: The Starter Kit is only $150 and is worth over $430, plus you have the opportunity to select the jewelry for your kit! You can add the deluxe upgrade for only $150 more and receive another $300 in jewelry. In addition, each new consultant can earn up to $100 in additional jewelry by completing six qualifying open houses in their first six weeks.

Commission: 30-46% plus1-9% on the sales of those in your team (through 6 levels)

Minimum Sales: $150 per quarter.

Perks: Hostesses receive 10% of total sales plus a shopping spree of 66% off depending on the sales of the open house. A hostess can also qualify for the monthly special at a deep discount or for free based on the total sales.
